"Yes I am the one who gave the order for the chain. First of all the man sitting there who attended us on the day of order told us the chain size will be 24 inch. Secondly u r taking about carbon copy, on our carbon copy there is no size mentioned by the person and only size was mention on the slip which was available with you. Next, we have measured the chain with some other jewellers , it is approximately closer to 22 inches. Next if believe on your carbon copy , Firstly 23 inches mentioned on that and we can see it is altered and made 22 inch after that. That is purely visible. Lastly, your attendant told us the chain will take 1 week to be ready . But u have given me the chain within 1-1/2 day. You told us chain have come from Mumbai. Think bro.. I have given order on Friday at 8:30 pm. And I have received the call from your shop on Sunday 11 AM that your chain is ready to collect. What rubbish. I wish I should have seen the reviews of your shop before then I would’ve not suffer."

Instead, I was quoted prices that were unjustifiably higher than reputed jewellers like Kalyan or Ranka. When I politely asked for a breakup of charges, the staff responded rudely with "Lo mat lo" — a tone that was insulting, arrogant, and completely disrespectful. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when dealing with high-value items like gold. The lack of basic courtesy, transparency, and customer service speaks volumes about their ethics and business practices. Avoid this place if you value respectful treatment and honest pricing.
